METHODS OF DELIVERY :
Except Moroccan Lighting Items**, all orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 or by courier service (DPD, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT or Parcel Force). As our couriers will require a signature on delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.
For international deliveries, Royal Mail works in conjunction with the local postal service of each country.
